Need help with HelpMeParent Sharing?

HelpMeParent Sharing helps families run fair turn timers for screens, toys, games, and shared activities. If you need help with your account, Premium subscription, family setup, child profiles, saved timers, or data deletion, contact us below.

Account Help

If you cannot sign in, check that you are using the same email address used to create your HelpMeParent account.

Parent PIN

The parent PIN protects parent controls and settings. If you need help with a forgotten PIN, contact support from the email address connected to your account.

Premium Subscription

HelpMeParent Premium is billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.

Saved Family Setup

Premium features may include saved kids, favorite timers, guest kids, kid photos, pause labels, and parent defaults.

Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your HelpMeParent account and family data, email james@6hastings.com from the email address used for your account.

Use this subject line: Delete my HelpMeParent account

After verification, we will delete account-linked family data, child profiles, saved sharing setups, settings, session history, and uploaded photos.
